About Us

 

As pet owners ourselves we understand the high cost of fresh and quality supplies. We also understand the shortage in various parts of animals which are important for the requirement of a balanced fresh diet for dogs and cats. We bring to you a non exhaustive list of products. If you are looking for something more exotic, hit us up with a bulk order and we will bring it in for you.

We are a co-op supplier, who is striving to provide a one-stop shop for all your fresh food diet supply needs.

OUR MEAT ORIGINS

All our meat are human graded. We gather our supplies from direct farms from, Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Norway, Chile, Spain. All products are mainly grass-fed, free-range or wild-hunted with some organic ones.

OUR DELIVERY

Delivery is made on Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm-3pm, 2pm-6pm. We take 2-3 working days to process your order.

We do not have deliveries on Eve of Public Holiday, Public Holiday, Saturday & Sunday.

If you are not home during the day of delivery, a re-delivery fee of $30 will be chargeable. You may change your delivery a day prior to your selected delivery date.

PACKING TOLERANCE

We pack to a tolerance of 10% of the actual retail promised weight, as parts of meat do come in different sizes, density and shape. Hence, as you make your purchase, you must be aware that you may receive slightly heavier or lighter weight than what is described. Nonetheless, we will strive to pack as close as we can.

All products are packing in a carton box and delivered frozen.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

As all our food are sensitive to storage and handling, we do not accept any returns or refund.
